33DC is a 664-unit mixed use project in downtown Bogota that has become a prominent feature of Bogota’s downtown skyline. Situated within walking distance to several universities, it is ideally suited for student housing, which totals 250 units. Market rate housing and 2,000 square meters of ground floor retail round out the product mix. Despite a challenging macro environment in Colombia, the project will be close to sold out upon reaching completion in early 2025.
