CORE is a mixed-use project co-developed by Paladin’s Sao Paulo-based team in the heart of the desirable Pinheiros neighborhood. The project began with the lengthy and strategic assembly of roughly 4,000 square meters of land in the heart of the city, comprised of 20+ different parcels, with access from 3 different streets. Optimizing the city’s zoning incentives, and due to the close proximity of a prominent hospital, the development was anchored with 103 units of medical office and a medical clinic pre-leased to one of Brazil’s leading healthcare organizations (Albert Einstein Hospital); rounding out the product mix is 281 units of residential and a 152-key Radisson hotel. Sales were exceptional and it remains one of Paladin’s most iconic projects in Latin America.
