The company’s roots date back to 1995, when its predecessor firm, William E. Simon & Sons Realty LLC, was founded by Paladin Realty’s senior management in partnership with the family office of former U.S. Treasury Secretary and leveraged buyout pioneer, William E. Simon. Senior management acquired the Simon family’s interest more than 20 years ago and has continued the business as Paladin Realty continuously since.
Since 1995, Paladin Realty (including its predecessor firm) has invested in over $8 billion of real estate across the Americas, spanning hundreds of assets including for-sale and rental workforce housing, as well as opportunistic commercial real estate investments.
